Deepwatch, an artificial intelligence (AI) and human cyber-resilience platform provider, has announced its acquisition of security intelligence solutions startup Dassana. Deepwatch plans to integrate Dassana's AI-powered risk and threat exposure management technology, CISO Copilot, into its Deepwatch Platform.
The integration will also allow CISOs and security leaders to get real-time insights into their security posture, said Deepwatch CEO John DiLullo in a statement. The acquisition will give Deepwatch's internal SOC operations and customers better tools around automation, compliance reporting, and proactive security management.
